Hotel Pickup for Quad Safari in Belek and Kadriye

Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off is included in the price of every quad safari and buggy safari booked for a hotel in the Belek or Kadriye area, so you pay nothing extra for the transfer. Your exact pickup time is confirmed after booking, because it depends on where your hotel sits on that day's collection route, and you wait at your hotel's main entrance. If you are staying outside that belt, in Boğazkent, Serik, Kundu, Lara or Antalya city, message us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84 and we will answer for your address case by case rather than promise a run we do not operate.

What hotel pickup included actually means

When you book a quad safari or a buggy safari with us for a hotel in Belek or Kadriye, the transfer is already part of what you pay. A vehicle collects you at your hotel, drives you to our off-road base behind the resort strip, and brings you back to the same hotel once the safari is over. There is no transfer fee, no fuel surcharge and no separate charge for the return leg.

The prices are per person and cover the ride plus both transfer legs. On the quad, the person at the wheel pays €30 for the Short Tour with 1.5 to 2 hours of riding, or €38 for the Long Tour with 2.5 to 3 hours. On the buggy, which is a two-seater, the driver pays €35 for the Short Tour and €43 for the Long Tour. Anyone riding along as a passenger pays half the driver price, which is €15 or €19 on the quad and €17.50 or €21.50 on the buggy, and infants aged 0 to 3 join free. Our price page carries the full breakdown, and not one of those figures changes because of where in the Belek belt your hotel stands.

Nothing is paid online. You reserve free, no card is taken, and you settle in euros on the tour day, after the vehicle has already brought you to the base. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before departure.

  • Collection from your hotel in Belek or Kadriye
  • Transfer to the off-road base and back again
  • Drop-off at the same entrance you left from
  • No surcharge in either direction

The pickup belt: where we collect, and where we check first

We are deliberately honest about the map, because a transfer promise that cannot be kept ruins a holiday morning. Included pickup covers the Belek and Kadriye area: the hotel strip between the golf courses and the sea, and the streets of Kadriye behind it. If your accommodation address says Belek or Kadriye, your transfer is in the price and there is nothing else for you to arrange.

Outside that belt we answer case by case instead of publishing a route we do not run. Boğazkent, Serik, Kundu, Lara and Antalya city all look close on a map, but each of them adds real driving time to a programme that already fills four to four and a half hours. Sometimes we can make it work, sometimes we cannot, and sometimes only on certain days. Send your hotel name on WhatsApp to +90 536 603 75 84 before you book and you will get a straight answer for your own address.

You will not find a named hotel presented as our partner or as a guaranteed pickup point anywhere on this site. We are an independent local operator rather than a hotel desk, and the arrangement is between you and us.

  • Included in the price: Belek
  • Included in the price: Kadriye
  • Ask on WhatsApp first: Boğazkent, Serik, Kundu, Lara, Antalya city

How your pickup time is decided

We do not publish a departure clock time, because the honest answer depends on the day's collection route. The vehicle follows a collection route, and where your hotel falls on that route decides whether you are early on it or later. A hotel deep in Kadriye and a hotel at the far end of the Belek strip are rarely reached at the same moment.

Once your reservation is in, we confirm the pickup time with you directly, on WhatsApp, in the language you booked in. Keep the number you gave us reachable that morning. If the route shifts a little because of traffic on the coastal road or a slow stop earlier in the run, one short message saves everyone the guesswork.

Be downstairs a few minutes before the confirmed time rather than exactly on it: the vehicle cannot idle at one entrance without pushing every later hotel back.

Where to wait so the driver finds you

Wait at the main entrance of your hotel, on the road side, where cars pull in. Not at the beach gate, not at a staff or side entrance, and not upstairs in your room waiting for a call. Inside a large resort a driver can lose several minutes simply walking to the wrong building.

If your hotel has a wide forecourt or several drop-off lanes, stand where you can see arriving vehicles rather than behind glass in the lobby. Our driver is looking for guests, and you should both be watching the same door.

Come dressed for the safari, not for the pool. The route runs through river crossings, forest tracks and open off-road terrain, so old or comfortable clothes and proper closed shoes are the right call; flip-flops and slippers are not suitable. Expect dust, and mud where conditions allow.

  • Main entrance, road side, ready a few minutes early
  • Phone with you, sound on, WhatsApp available
  • Old clothes and closed shoes, no flip-flops or slippers
  • Sunscreen, water and a change of clothes in a small bag

Give us the hotel name exactly as it is written

The most common reason a transfer goes wrong is a hotel name typed from memory. The Belek and Kadriye strip has properties that share a first word, properties that changed brand recently, and properties whose short name on a booking site is not the name on the sign above the door.

When you reserve, copy the hotel name from your accommodation confirmation, add the area, Belek or Kadriye, and give a mobile number with the country code that works on WhatsApp in Turkey. If you already know your block or building, add that too. It costs you a second and it can save the driver a phone call at your door.

  • Full hotel name as written on your accommodation booking
  • Area: Belek or Kadriye
  • Mobile number with country code, reachable on WhatsApp
  • Anything unusual about the entrance, if you know it

How much of the four to four and a half hours is transfer

The whole programme takes about four to four and a half hours door to door. That figure already contains the drive out, the safety briefing, a practice loop before the route, the safari itself and the drive home. Exact timings vary with your hotel's position, so treat it as a planning number rather than a stopwatch.

The riding time is the part you choose. The Short Tour puts 1.5 to 2 hours in the saddle and the Long Tour 2.5 to 3 hours, while the transfer legs stay roughly the same in both cases, because the base does not move. That is why the Long Tour delivers noticeably more machine time for a modest step up in price. Our itinerary page walks through the sequence if you want to see how the day fits around it.

Because the riding ground sits in the countryside behind the resort strip, guests in Belek and Kadriye spend little of the day on the road. Keeping the pickup belt tight is what protects that.

If the driver cannot find you, or your plans change

It happens: a family waits at the wrong gate, a phone sits on silent, breakfast runs long. Message us on WhatsApp the moment you realise something is off and we will sort it while the vehicle is still close by. Waiting quietly and hoping does not work, because the route keeps moving.

If your plans change before the day itself, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, and nothing has been charged to you in the meantime because we take no prepayment and no card details online. If you would rather move to another day, or switch between the quad and the buggy, that is one message away too.

If weather or ground conditions make the route unsafe, we will tell you instead of sending you out into it. Rain changes what the trail does, and how much mud and water you meet on any given day depends on conditions, never on a brochure.

Families and mixed groups on the same transfer

One passenger rides with each driver, on the quad and on the buggy alike. On the quad, the person driving must be 16 or over and should carry ID, and passengers ride from age 8. On the buggy, which seats two side by side, driving is skill-based: after the briefing and the practice loop, whoever handles the machine confidently drives it, and anyone who would rather not simply rides along with an adult. Nobody is pushed into the driver's seat to fill a booking.

If part of your group is staying at a different hotel, give us both names when you book. If both addresses sit inside the Belek and Kadriye belt they usually fit the same run; if one of them sits outside it, we will say so before you commit to anything. The same goes for the way home: ask about separate drop-offs when you reserve and we will confirm what is possible.

Groups that mix confident riders with cautious ones can split across the two products: the quad safari for those who want their own machine, the buggy safari for a pair who would rather sit side by side in one machine. Both leave the same base on the same transfer.

Book direct and keep the transfer simple

All of this is easier when the booking sits with the people who actually drive the vehicle. Reserve the quad safari or the buggy safari here, give us the hotel name and a number we can reach, and the transfer is arranged in one place: free reservation, payment in euros on the tour day, free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.

Still not sure whether your hotel counts as inside the belt, or travelling with an address in Boğazkent or Antalya city? Send the name on WhatsApp to +90 536 603 75 84 and we will check it for you before you book anything at all.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is hotel pickup included in the quad safari price?
Yes. Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off is included for hotels in the Belek and Kadriye area, in both directions, at no extra cost. The quad is €30 per driver for the Short Tour and €38 for the Long Tour, with passengers at half price, and the transfer is inside those prices.
Which areas do you pick up from in Belek?
Belek and Kadriye. That covers the hotel strip and the streets behind it. We do not name individual hotels as guaranteed pickup points, but if your accommodation address is in Belek or Kadriye, your transfer is included.
Do you collect from Boğazkent, Lara or Antalya city?
Not as a scheduled service. Boğazkent, Serik, Kundu, Lara and Antalya city are handled case by case, so message your hotel name to +90 536 603 75 84 on WhatsApp before booking and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What time will you pick me up?
Your exact pickup time is confirmed after booking, because it depends where your hotel falls on that day's collection route. We message it to you directly, so keep the number you gave us reachable and be ready a few minutes early.
Where should I wait at my hotel?
At the main entrance on the road side, where vehicles pull in, not at the beach gate and not in your room. Stand where you can see arriving cars, keep your phone with you, and come already dressed for dust in closed shoes.
How long does the transfer take out of the tour?
The whole programme is roughly four to four and a half hours door to door, including both transfer legs, the safety briefing, a practice loop and the ride. Riding time is 1.5 to 2 hours on the Short Tour and 2.5 to 3 hours on the Long Tour.
What happens if the driver cannot find me?
Message us on WhatsApp straight away and we will fix it while the vehicle is still nearby. If your plans change entirely, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure and nothing has been charged, since we take no prepayment online.
Can you drop part of my group at a different hotel?
Tell us both hotel names when you book. If both sit inside the Belek and Kadriye belt, a separate drop-off is usually workable; if one is outside it, we will say so in advance instead of promising it on the day.
