Hotel Pickup for Quad Safari in Belek, Kadriye and Along the Coast

Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off is included in the price of every quad safari and buggy safari, and the covered coast reaches far beyond Belek and Kadriye. The transfer is in the price from Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı as well, and east along the Side coast through Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot, with no surcharge from any of them. Your exact pickup time is confirmed after booking, because it depends on where your hotel sits on that day's collection route, and you wait at your hotel's main entrance. Belek is the pickup point rather than the riding ground: the safari itself runs inland in the Aspendos area, on the natural land along the Köprüçay river, so the included transfer is the part that carries you from the coast out to the machines. If your hotel is somewhere off that list, message us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84 and we will answer honestly for your address rather than promise a run we do not operate.

What hotel pickup included actually means

When you book a quad safari or a buggy safari with us for a hotel anywhere on our coast list, from Belek and Kadriye across to Lara, Antalya and the Side strip, the transfer is already part of what you pay. A vehicle collects you at your hotel, drives you inland to our off-road base in the Aspendos area, on the Köprüçay river, and brings you back to the same hotel once the safari is over. The riding never happens on the resort strip you are staying on — that is the whole reason a transfer is built into the price. There is no transfer fee, no fuel surcharge and no separate charge for the return leg.

The prices are per person and cover the ride plus both transfer legs. On the quad, the person at the wheel pays €30 for the Short Tour with 1.5 to 2 hours of riding, or €38 for the Long Tour with 2.5 to 3 hours. On the buggy, which is a two-seater, the driver pays €35 for the Short Tour and €43 for the Long Tour. Anyone riding along as a passenger pays half the driver price, which is €15 or €19 on the quad and €17.50 or €21.50 on the buggy. Every seat in the transfer vehicle is a paid seat: whoever comes out to the base is taking part and is charged for it, driver or passenger, grown-up or child, including someone who only means to watch. We do not recommend the ride for children under 4, because a small child can find it hard to hold on safely on the vehicle, and if one travels with you anyway the passenger fare applies. Our price page carries the full breakdown, and not one of those figures changes because of which of the covered resorts your hotel stands in.

Nothing is paid online. You reserve free, no card is taken, and you settle in euros on the tour day, after the vehicle has already brought you to the base. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before departure.

  • Collection from your hotel anywhere on the covered coast
  • Transfer out to the Aspendos riding ground by the Köprüçay and back again
  • Drop-off at the same entrance you left from
  • No surcharge in either direction

Pickup times: two sessions a day, area by area

We run two departures a day, and the vehicle collects west to east along the coast — Konyaaltı first, Boğazkent last, because the run then turns inland to the riding ground in the Aspendos area, where the Köprüçay comes down out of the hills. These are the average times for each area:

Read them as averages, not as a promise to the minute: traffic and the length of the run move everyone along a little. Your own time is confirmed after you book, once we know your hotel. The nine other areas we cover have no recorded average, so we print none for them — send us the hotel name and your own time is confirmed with you once you have booked.

  • Konyaaltı — around 08:00 for the morning session, around 13:00 for the afternoon one
  • Lara — around 08:30 for the morning session, around 13:30 for the afternoon one
  • Kundu — around 08:45 for the morning session, around 13:45 for the afternoon one
  • Kadriye — around 09:00 for the morning session, around 14:00 for the afternoon one
  • Belek — around 09:20 for the morning session, around 14:20 for the afternoon one
  • Boğazkent — around 09:35 for the morning session, around 14:35 for the afternoon one

Where the included transfer reaches along the coast

We are deliberately honest about the map, because a transfer promise that cannot be kept ruins a holiday morning. Included pickup runs the length of the coast: Belek and Kadriye, with the hotel strip between the golf courses and the sea, then Boğazkent; Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı on the city side; and Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot on the eastern side. If your accommodation address is in any of them, your transfer is in the price and there is nothing else for you to arrange.

Only for an address that is not on that list do we answer case by case instead of publishing a route we do not run. An inland address such as Serik, or a hotel further out than the towns above, may or may not fit the day's collection route. Send your hotel name on WhatsApp to +90 536 603 75 84 before you book and you will get a straight answer for your own address.

You will not find a named hotel presented as our partner or as a guaranteed pickup point anywhere on this site. We are an independent local operator rather than a hotel desk, and the arrangement is between you and us.

  • Included in the price: Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent
  • Included in the price: Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı
  • Included in the price: Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Kızılot
  • Ask on WhatsApp first: any address that is not on that list

How your pickup time is decided

Beyond the area averages above we do not publish a departure clock time, because the honest answer for your own hotel depends on the day's collection route. The vehicle follows a collection route, and where your hotel falls on that route decides whether you are early on it or later. A hotel deep in Kadriye and a hotel over on the Side side of the coast are rarely reached at the same moment.

Once your reservation is in, we confirm the pickup time with you directly, on WhatsApp, in the language you booked in. Keep the number you gave us reachable that morning. If the route shifts a little because of traffic on the coastal road or a slow stop earlier in the run, one short message saves everyone the guesswork.

Be downstairs a few minutes before the confirmed time rather than exactly on it: the vehicle cannot idle at one entrance without pushing every later hotel back.

Where to wait so the driver finds you

Wait at the main entrance of your hotel, on the road side, where cars pull in. Not at the beach gate, not at a staff or side entrance, and not upstairs in your room waiting for a call. Inside a large resort a driver can lose several minutes simply walking to the wrong building.

If your hotel has a wide forecourt or several drop-off lanes, stand where you can see arriving vehicles rather than behind glass in the lobby. Our driver is looking for guests, and you should both be watching the same door.

Come dressed for the safari, not for the pool. Out in the Aspendos area the route runs through shallow Köprüçay crossings, forest tracks and open off-road terrain, so old or comfortable clothes and proper closed shoes are the right call; flip-flops and slippers are not suitable. Expect dust, and mud where conditions allow.

  • Main entrance, road side, ready a few minutes early
  • Phone with you, sound on, WhatsApp available
  • Old clothes and closed shoes, no flip-flops or slippers
  • Sunscreen, water and a change of clothes in a small bag

Give us the hotel name exactly as it is written

The most common reason a transfer goes wrong is a hotel name typed from memory. This coast is full of properties that share a first word, properties that changed brand recently, and properties whose short name on a booking site is not the name on the sign above the door.

When you reserve, copy the hotel name from your accommodation confirmation, add the resort area, whether that is Belek, Kadriye, Lara, Side or anywhere else on the list, and give a mobile number with the country code that works on WhatsApp in Turkey. If you already know your block or building, add that too. It costs you a second and it can save the driver a phone call at your door.

  • Full hotel name as written on your accommodation booking
  • Resort area exactly as it appears on that booking
  • Mobile number with country code, reachable on WhatsApp
  • Anything unusual about the entrance, if you know it

How much of the four to four and a half hours is transfer

The whole programme takes about four to four and a half hours door to door. That figure already contains the drive inland to the Aspendos area, the safety briefing, the compulsory test ride before the route, the safari itself and the drive home. From a Belek hotel the outbound leg is around 35–40 minutes depending on where you are staying; from Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Konyaaltı or the Side coast the transfer is included in exactly the same way, and we confirm your own timings with you after booking instead of printing a figure that would not fit your address. Exact timings vary with your hotel's position, so treat the four to four and a half hours as a planning number rather than a stopwatch.

The riding time is the part you choose. The Short Tour puts 1.5 to 2 hours in the saddle and the Long Tour 2.5 to 3 hours, while the transfer legs stay roughly the same in both cases, because the base does not move. That is why the Long Tour delivers noticeably more machine time for a modest step up in price. Our itinerary page walks through the sequence if you want to see how the day fits around it.

The transfer is part of that programme rather than an extra bolted onto it, and it is in the price whether your hotel stands in Belek, in Antalya or over on the Side side of the coast. What your address changes is where you fall on the collection route, which is exactly why we confirm your pickup time with you personally instead of printing one.

If the driver cannot find you, or your plans change

It happens: a family waits at the wrong gate, a phone sits on silent, breakfast runs long. Message us on WhatsApp the moment you realise something is off and we will sort it while the vehicle is still close by. Waiting quietly and hoping does not work, because the route keeps moving.

If your plans change before the day itself, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, and nothing has been charged to you in the meantime because we take no prepayment and no card details online. If you would rather move to another day, or switch between the quad and the buggy, that is one message away too.

If weather or ground conditions make the route unsafe, we will tell you instead of sending you out into it. Rain changes what the trail does, and how much mud and water you meet on any given day depends on conditions, never on a brochure.

Families and mixed groups on the same transfer

One passenger rides with each driver, on the quad and on the buggy alike. Drivers must be 16 or over on either machine, and on the quad the person at the wheel should carry ID so the age can be checked. The passenger seat has no lower age limit, but we do not recommend it for children under 4, because a small child can find it hard to hold on safely on the vehicle. No driving licence is needed on either machine, because the route is a private off-road course rather than a public road. What decides who drives is the compulsory test ride every driver takes before the tour starts: whoever completes it successfully takes their own machine, and anyone who does not pass it, or would simply rather not drive, rides along as a passenger at half the driver price. Nobody is pushed into the driver's seat to fill a booking.

That makes the family arithmetic easy to do before you book, because everyone who climbs into the transfer is counted: a family of four is four fares. Two parents on their own quads with a child riding behind each of them comes to €30 twice and €15 twice, €90 for the Short Tour, and none of those four travels out with us as an unpaid extra. Ask us on WhatsApp before you reserve if you would rather have the total confirmed in writing.

If part of your group is staying at a different hotel, give us both names when you book. If both addresses sit on the covered coast the transfer is included for each of them, and we will tell you when you reserve whether the two fit the same run; if one of them is off the list, we will say so before you commit to anything. The same goes for the way home: ask about separate drop-offs when you reserve and we will confirm what is possible.

Groups that mix confident riders with cautious ones can split across the two products: the quad safari for those who want their own machine, the buggy safari for a pair who would rather sit side by side in one machine. Both leave the same base on the same transfer.

Book direct and keep the transfer simple

All of this is easier when the booking sits with the people who actually drive the vehicle. Reserve the quad safari or the buggy safari here, give us the hotel name and a number we can reach, and the transfer is already inside the price you pay: free reservation, payment in euros on the tour day, free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.

Staying in Boğazkent, Lara or Antalya city? Those are on the list too, so your transfer is included there exactly as it is in Belek. Only a hotel that is not on the list needs checking: send the name on WhatsApp to +90 536 603 75 84 and we will tell you before you book anything at all.

Pickup times

We run two sessions a day. Below are the average pickup times for each resort area — your own time is confirmed after you book.

Area Morning session Afternoon session
Konyaaltı 08:00 13:00
Lara 08:30 13:30
Kundu 08:45 13:45
Kadriye 09:00 14:00
Belek 09:20 14:20
Boğazkent 09:35 14:35

Times are averages and can shift with traffic and the length of the pickup run. Staying somewhere else along the coast? Message us with your hotel and we will confirm your own time once you have booked.

From the Belek area the drive out to the riding ground is around 35–40 minutes, depending on where exactly you are staying. The safari itself runs in the Aspendos countryside, by the Köprüçay river — not in Belek.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is hotel pickup included in the quad safari price?
Yes. Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off is included in both directions at no extra cost from every region on our coast list, from Belek and Kadriye across to Lara, Antalya and Konyaaltı and east through Side and Manavgat. The quad is €30 per driver for the Short Tour and €38 for the Long Tour, with passengers at half price, and the transfer is inside those prices.
Which areas is the hotel transfer included from?
Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot. We do not name individual hotels as guaranteed pickup points, but if your accommodation address is in one of those areas, your transfer is in the price.
Do you collect from Boğazkent, Lara or Antalya city?
Yes, and at no extra charge. Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı are all on the included list, exactly like Belek and Kadriye. Only a hotel outside the list needs checking: message the name to +90 536 603 75 84 on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What time will you pick me up?
Your exact pickup time is confirmed after booking, because it depends where your hotel falls on that day's collection route. We message it to you directly, so keep the number you gave us reachable and be ready a few minutes early.
Where should I wait at my hotel?
At the main entrance on the road side, where vehicles pull in, not at the beach gate and not in your room. Stand where you can see arriving cars, keep your phone with you, and come already dressed for dust in closed shoes.
How long does the transfer take out of the tour?
The whole programme is roughly four to four and a half hours door to door, including both transfer legs out to the Aspendos area on the Köprüçay river, the safety briefing, the compulsory test ride and the ride. From the Belek area the drive out is around 35–40 minutes depending on where you are staying; from the other covered resorts the transfer is included just the same and your own timing is confirmed after booking. Riding time is 1.5 to 2 hours on the Short Tour and 2.5 to 3 hours on the Long Tour.
What happens if the driver cannot find me?
Message us on WhatsApp straight away and we will fix it while the vehicle is still nearby. If your plans change entirely, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure and nothing has been charged, since we take no prepayment online.
Can you drop part of my group at a different hotel?
Tell us both hotel names when you book. If both are on the covered coast list, the transfer is included for each of them and a separate drop-off is usually workable; if one address is off the list, we will say so in advance instead of promising it on the day.
Someone in our group only wants to come along and watch. Do they pay?
Yes. The transfer carries them out to the Aspendos base with everyone else, and the price is per person taking part, so a companion who never sits on a machine is still on the booking and still pays. The one reduction is the passenger fare: whoever rides behind a driver pays half the driver price, €15 or €19 on the quad and €17.50 or €21.50 on the buggy. Tell us who is coming when you reserve and we will put the fares on the reservation, so nothing is a surprise at the base.
