Hotel pickup and drop-off from Kadriye are included in the price
The transfer from Kadriye is included in the price of the tour. It is an inclusion, not a favour and not a separate quote: the round trip between your Kadriye hotel and our off-road base is carried by us, so the figure beside your chosen tour is the whole figure. There is no transfer line to settle when you get back, no surcharge for the resort you are staying in, and no separate cash to find for the driver. The same inclusion covers the rest of the coast we serve — Belek, Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı as well as Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot. If your hotel is somewhere else, write to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What we will not do is publish your own hotel's pickup time on a web page — the area average further down is as close as a page can honestly get. Your time is set once the day's collection route is put together, and it is confirmed with you after you book, so plan around the shape of the day rather than a clock. The whole programme runs roughly four to four and a half hours door to door, entrance to entrance. Wait at your hotel's main entrance under the booking name you gave us, and write the hotel name exactly as it appears on your reservation so the driver is looking for the right building.

What a safari day looks like from a Kadriye hotel
You leave the golf-resort strip and the ground changes — and it changes a good way from Kadriye, because the riding does not happen here. The course is in the Aspendos area, out on the natural land along the Köprüçay river, the one the ancients called the Eurymedon; that is where our base sits and where the machines actually run. Kadriye is at the Belek end of the coast, and the transfer runs inland from there to the course; your own pickup and travel time is confirmed with you after booking. The transfer is included in the price, so the collection is a part of the day we handle for you rather than something you organise or pay for separately, and the whole programme — transfer, briefing, test ride, riding and the way back — takes roughly four to four and a half hours door to door.
At the base the guide gives the safety briefing, hands out helmets, and runs the compulsory test ride on the machine you will actually use. Only then does the safari begin. The route works the country around the river and puts shallow water crossings, dusty forest tracks at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, open off-road terrain and quiet farmland in one place, with mud when conditions allow. We never promise mud, because that depends on the ground and the weather, not on us. There is a rest stop along the way, and then the same road back to your hotel entrance.
Pickup times from Kadriye: two sessions a day
We run two departures a day and Kadriye is on both of them. On average we collect from hotels in Kadriye at around 09:00 for the morning session and around 14:00 for the afternoon one. Those figures are averages rather than a promise to the minute — the vehicle works its way along the coast, so traffic and the length of the run move everybody's time a little.
Your own time is confirmed after you book, once we know which hotel to come to. If you are choosing between the two: the morning session has you back for a late lunch, and the afternoon one leaves the whole morning free for the beach.
Two machines, four prices — decide before you book
Every guest from Kadriye chooses twice: quad or buggy, then Short Tour or Long Tour. The quad is the machine you sit on and steer with handlebars. The buggy is a two-seater with a wheel, side-by-side seats and belts, which suits couples and an adult riding with a younger passenger. The only difference between Short and Long is time on the ground: 1.5 to 2 hours of riding against 2.5 to 3 hours, over the same kind of terrain. In the list below the first figure is what the person at the wheel pays; the figure in brackets is what a second person riding along pays, which is always exactly half. One passenger per driver, since both machines seat two, and everything is per person in euros settled on the tour day. Everyone who comes along is one of those persons: there is no free seat for a small child and none for a guest who only wants to watch.

Who can drive: no licence, 16 and over, and a test ride that counts
No driving licence is required for this tour, and the reason is the whole answer: the route is a private off-road course, not a public road, so it is not judged the way road driving is. Anyone aged 16 or over may take the wheel, which includes 16- and 17-year-olds travelling with their family. ID is checked to confirm age, never as a licence check.
Before the safari starts, every driver takes a compulsory test ride at the base. It is not a formality and not everybody passes it. The guide watches how you handle the throttle, the brake and a turn, and that short ride is what decides whether you drive your own machine. If you do not pass, or if you simply decide you would rather not drive, nothing about your day collapses: you ride along as a passenger at half the driver price on the same machine, with the same route. There is no age floor on the passenger seat, but there is a judgement: we do not recommend the safari for children under 4, because a small child can find it hard to hold on for a whole ride. A younger child who does come along rides as a paying passenger at the same half fare.
What the price covers, and the two or three things you buy on site
The price of your seat is not a stripped-down starting figure. It carries the guide and safety briefing, the round-trip transfer from your Kadriye hotel, the machine itself with fuel, the helmet, and liability insurance for the activity.
A few things sit outside it on purpose. Protective goggles are sold at the base as an optional extra and we do not publish a price for them, so bring a little cash rather than expecting them in your booking. Photo and video service, drinks and snacks at the rest stop, tips for the guide and staff, and a single-machine supplement if you ask for one are also extras. No meal is included at any point in the day.

An off-road safari answers that without breaking the holiday around it. You are collected at the door, you get roughly half a day, and you are back at the same entrance in time for the dinner you have already paid for at the hotel. Nobody hires a car, works out a route, or drives on unfamiliar roads. And because the day is built on a test ride rather than a licence, a family with a sixteen-year-old, a couple where only one of them wants to steer, and friends who each want a machine of their own can all book the same tour without anyone being left behind at the pool. What that costs is just as plain: everyone who gets into the minibus is a paying place, so a family of four is four fares — two drivers with a half-price passenger each, or four drivers if nobody wants to be the one holding on.
Practical notes before you leave the hotel
Dress for dust rather than for photographs. Old or comfortable clothes and proper closed shoes are the two that matter most; flip-flops and hotel slippers are not suitable on a machine. Pack a change of clothes for the ride back, because dust is certain and mud is possible when conditions allow.
Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before departure, so a booking made early in your stay costs you nothing if the week rearranges itself. The safari is not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with back or neck problems — the terrain is uneven by design. If anything about your group is unusual, tell us before you book rather than on the morning.
