A group books exactly the way one person books
There is no separate group form on this site, no minimum party size and no quote to wait for. Eight friends go through the same booking steps as one traveller: pick the quad safari or the buggy safari, pick the Short Tour or the Long Tour, say how many people are driving and how many are riding along, and reserve. No card is taken online and no deposit is charged. The total is paid in euros on the day of the tour, once everyone is actually there.
For a group that matters far more than it does for a couple. Plans move: a flight lands late, two people decide the night before that they would rather stay by the pool, a colleague asks to come after all. Because nothing has been paid, none of that costs anybody anything: the reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Send the change on WhatsApp as early as you can and we rebuild the booking around the group you actually have.
What a group of any size actually pays
Every price here is per person, and everyone in the party is counted the same way. The person at the wheel pays the driver price. Anyone riding along in the second seat pays exactly half of it. Infants aged 0-3 join free, and each machine carries one passenger next to the driver, so the arithmetic stays simple at any size.
Six friends who all want to drive the short quad tour pay €180 between them; a family of four on the long quad tour, going out as two drivers and two passengers, pays €114. We publish no group discount, because we do not have one — and a saving invented on a web page only turns into an argument at the meeting point. Mixed parties: some drive, some ride along
Groups are rarely made up of eight confident off-road drivers, and they do not need to be. Driving on our tours is decided by skill. Everybody hears the same safety briefing and rides the same practice loop before the group leaves the base. Whoever is comfortable with the machine after that drives it. Whoever would rather not takes the passenger seat, pays half, and sees exactly the same route. Nobody is pushed onto a quad to make a group total look tidier.
The age rules differ by machine. On the quad, drivers must be 16 or over and should have ID with them, and passengers ride from the age of 8. The buggy is a two-seater, driving is judged the same skill-based way once the briefing is over, and a passenger can be younger when an adult is with them. Those are our own operator rules and local rules can change, so if somebody in your party is a borderline case, ask us about that person before you book rather than at the meeting point.
Quads and buggies in one group, on one route
A group almost never agrees on a single machine, and here it does not have to. The quad safari and the buggy safari follow the same route and the same programme: the same shallow river sections, the same dusty forest tracks, the same open ground behind the resort strip, and the same four to four and a half hour shape of the day. Mud appears where conditions allow it, never on demand; dust is rather more reliable.
So a party can split across both machines and still travel as one group. The two who want a two-seater buggy, the three friends who each want their own quad, the one who came to take photographs from the passenger seat — one booking, one departure, one rest stop, everybody finishing together. The only real difference between the machines is what you sit on and what that seat costs.
A party spread over several hotels in Belek and Kadriye
Hotel pickup and drop-off is included for the Belek and Kadriye area, which is why a group booked into three or four different hotels along that belt can still be collected the same morning. The one thing we need is complete information: give the hotel name for every part of the party when you book, not only the hotel where most of you are staying. A missing hotel name is the most common reason a group starts the day two people short.
The pickup order is built around where those hotels sit and around the day's transfer schedule, so we confirm the arrangement with you after booking instead of printing a time on a web page. If part of your group is staying outside that belt — Boğazkent, Serik, Lara or Antalya city — please do not assume it is covered. Ask us on WhatsApp with the hotel name and you will get a straight yes or no instead of a hopeful maybe.
How four to four and a half hours fits into a group's day
Door to door the programme runs about four to four and a half hours: hotel transfer, safety briefing, practice loop, the ride itself, a break along the way, and the transfer back. Exact timings vary with where your hotels are, which is why we treat the safari as a half-day block rather than a fixed slot on a clock, and why pickup is confirmed after booking.
Plan the rest of the group's day around that block with room to spare either side. It sits comfortably in front of a late dinner. It does not sit comfortably in front of a departure transfer on the same afternoon. No meal is part of either tour, and drinks and snacks at the rest stop are bought there by whoever wants them, so it is worth telling everybody to bring a little cash rather than assuming lunch is coming.
What each person in the party needs to bring
The kit list is short and it applies to everyone, drivers and passengers alike. A helmet and a protective dust mask are handed out before the ride and are included in the price. Protective goggles are not included; they are sold on site as an optional extra for anyone who wants them.
It is worth pasting that list into the group chat the evening before. The person who turns up in sandals spends the whole ride thinking about their feet, and on a route with water crossings and loose ground that is not a small thing.
- Old or comfortable clothes that can come back dusty and muddy
- Closed shoes for every person; flip-flops and slippers are not suitable
- ID for each driver on the quad safari, where the minimum driving age is 16
- A change of clothes and a towel for the journey back
- Sunscreen, drinking water, and a bandana or scarf against the dust
- Euros in cash for the tour day and for anything bought at the rest stop
The one rule we never bend
Nobody takes part in the safari under the influence of alcohol — not as a driver, not as a passenger. That belongs on a page written for stag parties, work trips and birthday groups, because it is the rule people most often assume is flexible on holiday.
It is not a comment on anyone's week off. It is a machine on loose ground, a water crossing, and other people riding behind. If somebody arrives unable to take part safely, our guide will not put them on a machine, and that is not something to negotiate at the meeting point. Keep the celebrating for after the tour. If you can already see this becoming a problem for one of you, the free cancellation window up to 24 hours before departure exists for exactly that kind of decision.
Anything unusual is a WhatsApp message, not a guess
We do not publish a maximum party size and we are not going to invent one: what is possible on a given date depends on that date and on the day's schedule.
