Group Quad Safari in Belek: How Friends, Families and Work Parties Book Together

A group books the Belek quad safari exactly the way one person does: everybody pays the same per-person price — €30 or €38 per quad driver for the Short or Long Tour, €35 or €43 per buggy driver — and anyone riding along instead of driving pays half. There is no separate group tariff and no minimum party size to reach, and nobody in the party rides without paying — adults and children alike are counted, so a party of five and a party of fifteen read the same numbers off the same page. Quad and buggy riders share the same route and the same programme, which is why a mixed group stays together all day, and round-trip hotel transfer is included in the price — from Belek and Kadriye across to Lara, Kundu, Antalya and Konyaaltı, and east along the Side coast. You reserve free, pay in euros on the tour day, and can cancel free up to 24 hours before departure.

A group books exactly the way one person books

There is no separate group form on this site, no minimum party size and no quote to wait for. Eight friends go through the same booking steps as one traveller: pick the quad safari or the buggy safari, pick the Short Tour or the Long Tour, say how many people are driving and how many are riding along, and reserve. No card is taken online and no deposit is charged. The total is paid in euros on the day of the tour, once everyone is actually there.

For a group that matters far more than it does for a couple. Plans move: a flight lands late, two people decide the night before that they would rather stay by the pool, a colleague asks to come after all. Because nothing has been paid, none of that costs anybody anything: the reservation can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Send the change on WhatsApp as early as you can and we rebuild the booking around the group you actually have.

What a group of any size actually pays

Every price here is per person, and everyone in the party is counted the same way. The person at the wheel pays the driver price. Anyone riding along in the second seat pays exactly half of it. There is no third rate underneath those two: every person who comes on the transfer and the safari is on the bill, children as much as adults, and so is anyone who joins the party only to watch. Each machine carries one passenger next to the driver, so the arithmetic stays simple at any size — count the heads, decide who drives, and you have the total.

Six friends who all want to drive the short quad tour pay €180 between them; a family of four on the long quad tour, going out as two drivers and two passengers, pays €114 — four people, four fares. We publish no group discount, because we do not have one — and a saving invented on a web page only turns into an argument at the meeting point. What a group does get is certainty: send us your numbers and we confirm the total before you book. Every fare is set out in full on our prices page.

  • Quad Safari, Short Tour (1.5-2 hours of riding): €30 per driver, €15 per passenger
  • Quad Safari, Long Tour (2.5-3 hours of riding): €38 per driver, €19 per passenger
  • Buggy Safari, Short Tour: €35 per driver, €17.50 per passenger
  • Buggy Safari, Long Tour: €43 per driver, €21.50 per passenger
  • Children: the same passenger fare as an adult in that seat — no child rate, no free place
  • Under 4 years old: not recommended, because a small child can find it hard to hold on safely; if one comes along, the passenger fare applies

Mixed parties: some drive, some ride along

Groups are rarely made up of eight confident off-road drivers, and they do not need to be. Our route is a private off-road course rather than a public road, so no driving licence is needed to take part. What decides who drives is the compulsory test ride: everybody hears the same safety briefing and then takes the same test ride before the group leaves the base, and whoever completes it successfully drives their own machine. It is a real check rather than a formality, and not everybody passes it. Anyone who does not pass, or who would rather not drive in the first place, takes the passenger seat, pays half, and sees exactly the same route. Nobody is pushed onto a quad to make a group total look tidier. Where you sleep is Belek; where you ride is Aspendos, on the open ground beside the Köprüçay.

Drivers must be 16 or over, and that includes 16- and 17-year-olds. On the quad, drivers should have ID with them so we can confirm that age — we never ask for it as a licence. The passenger seat has no age floor at all, and no free ride either: a child sitting beside a driver pays the same half fare an adult would pay. We do not recommend that seat under the age of 4, because a small child can find it hard to hold on safely for a whole ride on loose ground. The buggy is a two-seater, the same compulsory test ride decides who drives it, and whoever takes its second seat pays the passenger fare in the same way. Those are our own rules for our own course and we make no claim beyond it, so if somebody in your party is a borderline case, ask us about that person before you book rather than at the meeting point.

Quads and buggies in one group, on one route

A group almost never agrees on a single machine, and here it does not have to. The quad safari and the buggy safari follow the same route and the same programme: the same shallow river sections, the same dusty forest tracks and the same open ground out in the Aspendos area along the Köprüçay, and the same four to four and a half hour shape of the day. Belek is where we collect you, not where you ride. Mud appears where conditions allow it, never on demand; dust is rather more reliable.

So a party can split across both machines and still travel as one group. The two who want a two-seater buggy, the three friends who each want their own quad, the one who came to take photographs from the passenger seat — one booking, one departure, one rest stop, everybody finishing together. The only real difference between the machines is what you sit on and what that seat costs.

A party spread over several hotels along the coast

Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off is included in the price, and not only for Belek and Kadriye. The same transfer covers Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı, and it runs east along the Side coast through Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot. There is no transfer surcharge in any of those regions, which is why a group booked into three or four different hotels can still be collected the same morning. The one thing we need is complete information: give the hotel name for every part of the party when you book, not only the hotel where most of you are staying. A missing hotel name is the most common reason a group starts the day two people short.

The pickup order is built around where those hotels sit and around the day's transfer schedule, so we confirm the arrangement with you after booking instead of printing a time on a web page. If somebody in your party is staying outside the regions listed above, please do not assume it is covered. Ask us on WhatsApp with the hotel name and you will get a straight yes or no instead of a hopeful maybe.

How four to four and a half hours fits into a group's day

Door to door the programme runs about four to four and a half hours: hotel transfer, safety briefing, the compulsory test ride, the ride itself, a break along the way, and the transfer back. Exact timings vary with where your hotels are, which is why we treat the safari as a half-day block rather than a fixed slot on a clock, and why pickup is confirmed after booking.

Plan the rest of the group's day around that block with room to spare either side. It sits comfortably in front of a late dinner. It does not sit comfortably in front of a departure transfer on the same afternoon. No meal is part of either tour, and drinks and snacks at the rest stop are bought there by whoever wants them, so it is worth telling everybody to bring a little cash rather than assuming lunch is coming.

What each person in the party needs to bring

The kit list is short and it applies to everyone, drivers and passengers alike. A helmet is handed out before the ride and are included in the price. Protective goggles are not included; they are sold on site as an optional extra for anyone who wants them.

It is worth pasting that list into the group chat the evening before. The person who turns up in sandals spends the whole ride thinking about their feet, and on a route with water crossings and loose ground that is not a small thing.

  • Old or comfortable clothes that can come back dusty and muddy
  • Closed shoes for every person; flip-flops and slippers are not suitable
  • ID for each driver on the quad safari, where the minimum driving age is 16
  • A change of clothes and a towel for the journey back
  • Sunscreen, drinking water, and a bandana or scarf against the dust
  • Euros in cash for the tour day and for anything bought at the rest stop

The one rule we never bend

Nobody takes part in the safari under the influence of alcohol — not as a driver, not as a passenger. That belongs on a page written for stag parties, work trips and birthday groups, because it is the rule people most often assume is flexible on holiday.

It is not a comment on anyone's week off. It is a machine on loose ground, a water crossing, and other people riding behind. If somebody arrives unable to take part safely, our guide will not put them on a machine, and that is not something to negotiate at the meeting point. Keep the celebrating for after the tour. If you can already see this becoming a problem for one of you, the free cancellation window up to 24 hours before departure exists for exactly that kind of decision.

Anything unusual is a WhatsApp message, not a guess

We do not publish a maximum party size and we are not going to invent one: what is possible on a given date depends on that date and on the day's schedule. The same goes for a group scattered across several hotels, a birthday you want handled without a fuss, or a party that still does not know how many of them will drive.

Message +90 536 603 75 84 with four things — how many people, how many want to drive, the hotel name for each part of the group, and your date — and you get a real answer with a confirmed total. We reply in English, German, Russian and Polish. If you are two rather than ten, the page written for couples covers the same ground at that scale, and if you are still comparing operators, our best quad safari checklist sets out what to ask any of them.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is there a group discount for the Belek quad safari?
No. We publish one set of per-person prices and they apply to everybody: €30 or €38 per quad driver, €35 or €43 per buggy driver, half of that for anyone riding along, whatever their age. There is no child rate underneath that half fare and no free place in the party, so a group's total is simply its own head count. We would rather quote a party of four and a party of fourteen the same honest number than advertise a saving we do not actually have. What a group does get is a confirmed total on WhatsApp before anything is booked.
What is the maximum group size you can take?
We do not publish a maximum, and putting a number here would be guesswork: what we can take on a given day depends on the date and on that day's schedule. Send your party size and your date on WhatsApp and you will get a straight answer for that specific date instead of a figure written months in advance.
Can part of our group take quads and the rest buggies?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways groups book. The quad safari and the buggy safari run the same route in the same programme, so a mixed party stays together from the briefing to the drop-off. Each person simply pays for the machine they chose: €30 or €38 per quad driver, €35 or €43 per buggy driver, with passenger seats at half price.
Can you collect a group staying in different hotels?
Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off is included in the price right along the coast we serve: Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı, plus Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot. A group split between several of those hotels is collected the same morning, with no surcharge for anyone. Give us the hotel name for every part of the party when you book. If someone is staying outside those regions, ask us on WhatsApp first; we will tell you honestly whether we can reach them. The pickup order and time are confirmed after booking.
Someone in our group does not want to drive. Can they still come?
Yes. They ride in the passenger seat next to a driver and pay half the driver price: €15 or €19 on the quad safari, €17.50 or €21.50 on the buggy safari. That half fare is the only reduction we have: it applies at any age, to a child as much as to an adult, and nobody comes along without paying it. There is one passenger seat per machine, and we do not recommend it under the age of 4, when holding on safely is hard for a small child.
Who in the group is allowed to drive?
Anyone aged 16 or over who passes the test ride. Our route is a private off-road course rather than a public road, so no driving licence is needed here; what settles it instead is a compulsory test ride that every driver takes after the safety briefing. Whoever completes it successfully drives their own machine — it is a genuine check and not everybody passes. Anyone who does not pass, or who prefers not to drive, rides along as a passenger at half price. Quad drivers should carry ID so we can confirm the age rule, never as a licence, and the same test ride applies on the buggy. Those are our own rules for our own course, so ask us about any borderline case before you book.
Do we have to pay for the whole group in advance?
No. The reservation is free, no card is taken online and no deposit is charged. The total is paid in euros on the day of the tour. How your group divides that between you is your business; if you would like it handled a particular way on the day, tell us on WhatsApp when you book.
What happens if one or two people in the group drop out?
Tell us as soon as you know. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, so removing one or two names from the booking costs nothing and the rest of the party keeps its place. Because nothing was paid up front, a change of plan inside a group never costs the group money.
