Who this page is for
This page answers the question people actually stop on: not what the tour is, but what happens to your money the moment you press the button. If you are weighing up where to book a quad or buggy safari from your hotel on the Antalya coast, the thing worth knowing first is that reserving here costs nothing and takes nothing — no card, no deposit, no online payment at any point in the form.
It suits three kinds of guest. The one who wants a date locked in weeks before flying out, without money leaving their account. The one already in the hotel, deciding tonight for the day after. And the one who has been asked for card details by a website in a country they do not live in, and would rather not hand them over. All three book the same way here, and all three pay the same way: in euros, on the tour day.
What you pay, and when
Nothing at the moment of booking. The full amount is paid in euros on the tour day, and it is the same amount you saw when you reserved: the round-trip hotel transfer is already inside the price, so no pickup charge is waiting for you at the end.
Prices are per driver, and the person riding along instead of driving pays exactly half. That half fare is the only reduction there is: everyone who joins the transfer and the safari is charged, whatever their age, including a child who comes along only to sit behind a parent and watch. So the sum waiting for you on the tour day is simply the drivers at the driver price plus the passengers at half of it, and nobody in your party falls outside those two lines. We do not recommend the safari for children under four, because a small child can find it hard to hold on securely on a moving machine; if one comes anyway, they are counted and charged as a passenger like everybody else.
- Quad, short tour (1.5–2 hours riding) — €30 per driver
- Quad, long tour (2.5–3 hours riding) — €38 per driver
- Buggy, short tour (1.5–2 hours riding) — €35 per driver
- Buggy, long tour (2.5–3 hours riding) — €43 per driver
- Passenger riding along instead of driving — exactly half: €15, €19, €17.50 and €21.50 in the same order
- No free places and no child rate — every person taking part is charged, as a driver or as a passenger at half
- Paid in euros on the tour day; nothing at all is taken online
What you are actually reserving
A half day rather than a full one. The whole programme runs about four to four and a half hours door to door: the transfer out, the safety briefing, the compulsory test ride, the riding itself and the journey back. The short tour gives one and a half to two hours in the saddle, the long tour two and a half to three, and both sit inside that same four to four and a half hours — the extra riding time is exactly what the higher price buys.
You also choose a session. There are two departures a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and you pick which one while you book. What you do not pick is a clock time: pickup is organised area by area and hotel by hotel, so your own time is confirmed to you afterwards rather than promised on this page.
What happens after you press confirm
The reservation is created straight away and it is real: you land on a confirmation page carrying a reference, and a confirmation email follows to the address you gave. What it is not is an automatic instant confirmation. Your booking arrives with us as pending, a person checks the pickup for the date and the area you gave, and we write back to you with your time. That last step is one no machine can do honestly, so we do not pretend it is finished at the moment you click.
From your side, nothing else is required in between. There is no payment link to wait for and no voucher to buy.
- You choose the tour, the option, a date and a session, then how many drivers and how many passengers — everyone coming along is counted here, whatever their age
- You add your contact details and your hotel — no card details are requested at any point
- You confirm; the reservation is saved with a reference and a confirmation email
- It reaches us as pending, and a person checks the pickup for your area on that date
- We come back to you with your pickup time
- You ride, and you pay in euros on the tour day
Booking is for tomorrow onwards, not for today
Online dates start from tomorrow. Same-day reservations are not accepted by the booking system, so today is simply not offered in the date picker — showing it would mean letting you fill in every step and then refusing you at the end. If you want to ride today, or you want to know whether there is still room on this afternoon's departure, send a WhatsApp to +90 536 603 75 84 and you will get a direct answer.
Beyond that there is no booking window to agonise over. Because cancelling is free up to 24 hours before departure, reserving early is not a commitment you have to feel certain about: it costs nothing to hold and nothing to release.
Changing or cancelling
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Since nothing was charged in the first place, there is nothing to refund, no card to chase and no bank to involve — the reservation simply ends. That is the entire mechanism, and it is the reason booking early is better than waiting for certainty.
Want a different date, or a buggy instead of a quad after you have already reserved? Write to us on WhatsApp with your reference and say what you would like to change, and you will be told what is possible for that date rather than given a promise on this page.
What we ask you for, and what we never ask for
Four pieces of information, and each one does a job in getting you into a vehicle. Two more are optional and genuinely useful.
- Your full name
- A phone number, ideally the one you use for WhatsApp
- An email address — the confirmation goes there, so it is worth reading back for typos
- Your hotel name, because the whole pickup is built around it
- Optional: your room number, and a note about anything we should know — two of you sharing one machine, a nervous first-timer, a back problem
- Never asked: card or bank details, a deposit, or a passport number
Why reserving without paying is safe for you
The exposure runs one way only. You hand over no card, so there is nothing to be charged in error, nothing to dispute and nothing to claw back; if the day turns out not to work, you cancel up to 24 hours before and the matter is closed. The only thing you commit is a date.
What we put in front of you instead of payment protection is the operational detail. Every driver takes a compulsory test ride at the base before the tour starts, and passing it is what allows you to drive. No driving licence is required, because the route is a private off-road course rather than a public road; drivers must be 16 or over and should carry ID for the age check, while the passenger seat carries no age floor of its own — though we do not recommend it for children under four, who can find it hard to hold on securely. A helmet is included, the safety briefing comes before anyone starts an engine, and liability insurance covers the activity. The tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or for anyone with back or neck problems, because the ground is rough by design. The machines never see Belek: the whole ride is in the Aspendos area, on the land the Köprüçay runs through.
You will not find star ratings, review counts or awards anywhere on this site. We do not have them, so we do not display them — which is precisely why this page answers the money question in plain terms instead.
Practical points worth knowing before you reserve
None of the following changes the price, but each one changes the day.
- Wear old or comfortable clothes: dust is certain, mud depends on conditions
- Closed shoes only — flip-flops and slippers do not work on these machines
- Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a change of clothes for afterwards
- Protective goggles are an optional extra sold at the base, and we do not publish a figure for them here
- Drinks and snacks at the rest stop are paid for there; photo and video services are extra
- Round-trip hotel transfer is included in the price from Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot
